We have performed at most of the top West Country Wedding Venues and we are familiar with their wedding events management, we are more than happy to interface with the wedding coordinator keeping you appraised of every detail by your preferred means of communication.

We are proactive and a firm believer in the traditional values of customer service treating your event as if it was our own., if you want help just ask. With our experience we can help you map out your reception with timelines and suggestions to help you craft it in to a unique and memorable event.

The most common issue we face is receptions that overrun and after all you’re careful planning you are suddenly in a situation where you could be an hour late with the schedule. It doesn’t matter it happens all the time.

We always arrive on site at least an hour before our start time, assuming you haven’t asked for an early installation, and are ready to cope with all eventualities. A good tip is to keep the best man well briefed and we will liaise with him to adapt to any revisions to schedules. The worst scenario is that you have made the DJ wait around for a while but that’s part of our job.
